  1. Yoga & Meditation artwork

    Yoga & Meditation

    Curated by Spotify

    Broad new-age calm

Spotify presents this as a broad new-age set for yoga and meditation. Its sample spans Arc Noir, Morgondimma, Ylliria, Aerial Lakes and Moon Lit, so the general mood brief is more useful than any single artist reference.

  2. Yoga Feels artwork

    Yoga Feels

    Curated by Amanda Bisk

    Chilled songs for flow

Amanda Bisk frames this around chilled songs for flowing, relaxing and creating. Kasbo, Sol Rising, Wafia, TWO LANES and Blank & Jones with Zoe Dee show a mixed-artist, song-led sample rather than a single-artist meditation program.

  3. Mady Morrison Yoga Music 2026 artwork

    Mady Morrison Yoga Music 2026

    Curated by Prime Feelings

    Yoga with crossover songs

The sample places Billie Eilish and Katie Melua beside Sarah Angel, Karuna, Muted and Sol Rising. Pick it if that crossover appeals, though Prime Feelings’ wide-ranging wellness description goes beyond what these examples reveal.

  4. Soft yoga and relaxing music artwork

    Soft yoga and relaxing music

    Curated by Helen Vikberg

    Anugama and Deuter route

Helen Vikberg provides no written brief, so the artist sample is the clearest guide: Anugama, Parijat, Deuter, Izumi Tanaka and Massage Music. Consider it if those names suit the softer yoga framing.

  5. Lofi Music & Chill Beats - Yoga Music artwork

Lofi Music & Chill Beats - Yoga Music

    Curated by Daily Hits

    Lofi chill beats

Daily Hits explicitly frames this as lofi and chill; examples include exsotyk, SlowMeDown and several Kolor tracks. The repeated Kolor selections give the sample a more producer-focused identity than a broad wellness compilation.

  6. FEEL GOOD YOGA FLOW artwork

    FEEL GOOD YOGA FLOW

    Curated by Natasha

    Indie and acoustic songs

Natasha’s brief combines alternative beats, indie acoustics and peaceful instrumentals. BANKS, Bon Iver, Novo Amor with Ed Tullett, and an acoustic Niall Horan track make this a strong candidate for a song-centered yoga flow.

  7. Yin Yoga & Restorative Playlist | soft and calming Music artwork

Yin Yoga & Restorative Playlist | soft and calming Music

    Curated by Verena Leuze

    Yin with Arnalds and O’Halloran

Verena Leuze frames this for yin and restorative practice, and the sample features Ólafur Arnalds, Dustin O’Halloran, Peter Sandberg and Essie Jain. Choose it when that specific artist palette appeals more than a wide-ranging yoga compilation.

    Yoga Playlist Of The Month

    Curated by Sol Rising

    Sol Rising spotlight

The sample centers on Sol Rising, including several Brandon Hargrave collaborations. It suits listeners specifically seeking Sol Rising’s work rather than a wide curator mix.

  9. Yoga & Meditation with Above & Beyond and Anjunachill artwork

Yoga & Meditation with Above & Beyond and Anjunachill

    Curated by Above & Beyond

    Above & Beyond, slowed down

The sample starts from Above & Beyond’s downtempo version of “Sun & Moon,” then includes YOTTO, Martin Roth, Mark Barrott and Cephas Azariah. Pick this for a yoga or mindfulness set tied to the Above & Beyond and Anjunachill circle.

  10. Miss Records explicitly pairs bamboo-water ambience with relaxing piano, and the examples repeatedly identify water-sound or waterside versions. This is a direct option for anyone seeking a nature-sound backdrop.

  12. Overtone Oasis describes tabla, bamboo flute and ambient textures for yoga and meditation. The examples leave the exact instrumentation open, so choose this for the curator’s stated Indian-inspired concept.

  13. Genre tagging leans strongly toward dance, with afro house, electronic and pop also represented; examples include Matt Simons with Deepend, Lost Frequencies and Dennis Lloyd. This looks better suited to Pilates or a rhythm-forward flow than to quiet meditation.

  14. Systemic uses Tibetan-healing and frequency language, but the genre tags point more broadly to new age and worldwide music, with ambient, electronic and Indian elements. Choose it for broad spiritual framing rather than a narrowly Tibetan artist roster.

How we compared these playlists

PlaylistScaler analyzes observed Spotify playlist contents. Audio measurements, where shown, come from Shazam through artist.tools. Follower growth, listener estimates and listener cities for the wider selection come from artist.tools. Playlists belong to their credited curators.

Sources, coverage & limitations

Automatic genre picks need a matching title or assigned topic, or supporting track genre labels. Editors can also select crossovers.

Observation dates appear with each playlist. Track examples are a small sample. Missing measurements are excluded, never counted as zero. Audio medians require measurements for at least ten distinct tracks and 80% of the playlist’s distinct tracks. The middle half is the range from the 25th to the 75th percentile.

Energy, danceability and other audio scores describe the recordings on a 0–1 scale; they do not measure listener outcomes or musical quality. Acousticness does not establish the absence of vocals. Explicit flags are metadata, and unmarked tracks are not a guarantee of suitability.

Track overlap uses shared distinct tracks divided by the combined distinct tracks. Repeated entries are counted separately from unique tracks. Genre labels can overlap: one track may have several labels. Follower counts and changes describe audience size, not listening activity or musical quality. Results apply to the playlists compared here, not all of Spotify.

Measurement coverage for each playlist is listed in its "Sources & full analysis" panel. "Best for" picks compare only playlists that have the measurement. Most-added songs count each song once per playlist, across the playlists whose track lists could be read.
